| 摘 要： | 陪审制是吸收民众参与司法的最主要形式。改革我国现行陪审制度，在一定范围内试行陪审团．赋予被告人选择陪审团审判的权利，是保障被告人人权的需要，更是推进司法民主、实现社会正义的需要。女性有着自身的特点，吸收女性作为陪审团成员参与刑事审判，能够在未成年人案件、性犯罪案件、女性被告人案件等案件中发挥独特的作用。应以价值分析为主视角，从实证分析和理性恩辨入手，探讨女性作为陪审团成员参与刑事司法的独特价值。

| Abstract: | Jury system is the most important form to invite people to participate in justice.It is the requirement of protecting the dependant's human rights, promoting democratic justice and turning social justice into reality to reform our people assessors system,tries out jury trial in some cases,and endow the dependants with the right of choosing jury trial.Female has their own specialty.There are unique functions for female to be jurors participating in criminal trial in juvenile delinquents cases,sex crime cases and female crime cases.We should be in the view of value analysis,use empirical methods and rational thinking to discuss the unique value of female being jurors participating in criminal justice. |
