| 摘 要： | 根据国内外数字图书馆研究发展及高校数字图书馆发展现状,提出了现阶段我国高校数字图书馆建设的主要内容,方法和原则。数字图书馆的发展将极大地改变了传统图书馆对信息的保存、传播和利用的方式,推动着信息社会的发展,促进了信息时代的形式,数字图书馆的建设与利用将成为信息时代的重要标志之一。
