| 摘 要： | 利用图书馆和网上丰富的电子网络资源优势, 建立以读者为中心、集文献咨询、文献提供和读者教育于一体的文献信息主动服务模式。在分析网络在线服务内容、特点构成要素等几个方面的基础上,阐述图书馆在线文献信息服务的模型。探讨了网络在线服务的网络构建与运作,以及在线服务的高效性和信息增值效应。
