| 摘 要： | 创建学习型社会,把人的发展与社会的发展统一起来,反映了时代的进步,是新世纪教育发展的方向,也是富有时代精神的战略要求。我国建立学习型社会正处于起步阶段,还有很长的路要走。因此,我们必须立足现实,着眼长远,为创建学习型社会创造条件。
