| 摘 要： | 经济全球化以及世界范围的产业结构调整 ,推动了全球跨国并购的迅速发展 ;中国市场机制的进一步完善 ,在更高层次上参与国际分工合作 ,要求我们在全球并购浪潮中重新审视我国外资并购问题。一方面 ,要充分发挥外资并购对国有资产各方面的促进作用 ;另一方面 ,对外资并购有可能产生的消极后果 ,也必须认真对待。

| Abstract: | Promoted by globalization of economy and readjustment of ind ustrial st ructure, the worldwide transnational merging is developing rapidly. China's mark eting system is being perfected and is associating itself with international lab or division and cooperation at a higher level. In this case we are required to r eexamine ourselves in the tide of worldwide merging. On the one hand, we should make full use of promoting effects on different fields of our economy which are caused by merging with foreign capital .On the other, we should also treat the s ide effects seriously which may occur at the same time. |
