| Abstract: | This article expounds the change of social index and the new concept of social development and analyzes the connection between the concept of social development and the urban construction, as well as the main problem of social development in economy, society and environment. The author points out the need of coordinate development under the new concept of social development, and then discusses the maneuverability of coordinate development. |
