企业竞争战略思想的新发展

摘    要:当代的市场竞争越来越激烈,企业外部环境变化越来越快,顾客越来越有主动权,因而需要对实践进行总结,并提出指导实践的新思想。国内外理论界对企业竞争战略的研究有了一些新的进展,文章对其主要竞争战略思想进行综述,并对传统的经典理论观点与新思想进行比较或界定,阐述其主要观点:多点竞争、战略协同、时基竞争、大规模定制及“合争”,并分析新思想所带来的启示。

Abstract:With more and more intense market competition,more and more quick external environment change of the enterprise and more and more customers initiative,it is necessary to put some new ideas.The domestic and foreign theorists have made some new progress to the enterprise competition strategy research,and the article summarized their main competition strategic concepts,made the comparison or the definition between the traditional classical theory viewpoints and the new thoughts,and elaborated their major points: multi-point competition,strategy synergy,time-based competition, mass customization and co-opetition,as well as the enlightenment the new thoughts give us.
