| 摘 要： | 企业智力资本的构成分为人力资本、技术资本、客户资本、组织资本、社会资本五个范畴。根据最大隶属度原则,黑龙江省高新技术企业核心竞争力为中等水平,其中人力、技术资本处于中等水平,组织、客户和社会资本处于良好状态。提高黑龙江省高新技术企业核心竞争力应吸引培养优秀人才队伍,加大对高新技术企业的投入,构建适应市场经济的创新体系。

| Abstract: | Enterprise's intelligent capital can be divided into human resources capital,technical capital,customer capital,organization capital,and social capital.According to maximum membership principle,core competitive power of Heilongjiang hi-tech enterprise ranks at middle level,capital of human resources and technology middle state,the other three fields good state.To improve the competitiveness of enterprises,we should collect and train more qualified personnel,increase investment towards them,and establish an innovative system to adapt them to market economy. |
