| 摘 要： | 苏联解体后，中亚国家步入转型之路，经历独立初期的“休克疗法”后，中亚各国偏向了权威政体。对此，大多数学者都从苏联遗产、中亚的民族多样性和宗教多元性等方面进行解释，却忽视了中亚社会中普遍存在的宗族因素。文章尝试通过分析宗族在中亚独立时的社会作用以透视其对中亚国家转型的影响。

| Abstract: | Central Asian states were on the way of transition soon after the collapse of former Soviet Union. During the process, some kept political stability, while some others fell into civil war. What＇s the reason of the difference？ Scholars used to analyze such questions from the legacy of Soviet Union, the plural ethnicity and religion, to the neglect of the significance clans played in the region, which may provide a convincing answer to the questions. This paper analyzes the role clans played when Central Asian states became independent and in the transition of the Central Asian states. |
