藏水北调及其管道运输方案研究

大西北地区水资源严重缺乏是国家所面临的重大战略课题 ,也是未来 1 0年内必须解决的问题。文章根据自然地理及经济、生态、环保等可持续发展的要求 ,提出了将雅鲁藏布江、怒江和澜沧江之水调往新疆和甘肃的所谓“藏水北调”方案。管道输水方式因其高效、建设工期短、安全等突出优点 ,应该成为“藏水北调”工程送水方式的首选方案

Study on Removing Tibet's Water to the Northwest of China and Its Pipeline Transportation Scheme

West China exploitation is a decision of strategic importance, but the Northwest of China with a vast territory is short of water resource, Which becomes an important strategic task for our nation, and it must be resolved in the future decade. Therefore we ought to research into the removing water stratagem and its system scheme. In terms of physical geography and demand of sustainable development for economy, ecology, and environment protection etc, the paper presents the scheme removing Tibet's water to Northwest, that is to say, moving water in Yaluzangbu river, Nu river, and Lancang river to XinJiang and Gansu. Because the pipeline transportation has such advantages as high effect and short time limit for a building project etc. It should become the first choice for the us remove Tibet's water to the Northwest engineering.
