| 摘 要： | 当今的经济全球化的实质具有“二重性”。从生产力的角度看 ,它是一次新的世界产业革命的浪潮 ,发展中国家必须融入其中 ,自主开创出一条社会生产力跨越式发展的新道路来。即以制度创新和国家工作重心转移为前提和动力 ,以教育创新为基础 ,以科技创新和知识化 (当前主要是信息化 )带工业化为关键 ,实现社会生产力的跨越式发展

| Abstract: | The economic globalization which is the wave tide of the revolution of world industry have "twoness".So the developing countries must melt into it and find out a new road of striding development which the technology creative and intellectulization taking the industrialization is the key with the system creative and the working gravity center transfer for premise and motive on the foundation of the education creative. |
