| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国收入与财产分配差距拉大并有继续扩大的趋势,这已经成为一个热门的话题。收入差距形成的原因当然是多方面的,但其中政府的影响相当重要。为抑制收入与财富分配差距的扩大,政府必须采取强有力的政策措施,充分发挥政府在实现收入公平分配中的作用。
