| 摘 要： | 本文基于民族地区特定的文化与经济背景,信息时代教育信息化的必然趋势以及教师自我发展能力提高的实际需求,通过对民族地区教师信息素质的现状分析,指出民族地区教师信息素质培养的必要性,提出了提高民族地区教师信息素质教育水平的途径与对策。
