| 摘 要： | 如何有效提高企业管理水平和效能 ,是我国企业生存和发展必须解决的重大课题。企业应从完善决策机制、组织管理机制、激励机制、监督机制等方面入手 ,适应建立现代企业制度的要求 ,逐步构建现代企业管理机制 ,通过科学而有效的管理来提高企业竞争能力 ,使企业健康、快速、持续发展。
