改革开放以来的婚姻家庭立法与妇女权益保障

改革开放之初,1980年婚姻法正式颁行。这部婚姻法是在1950年婚姻法的基础上,根据实践经验和当时婚姻家庭领域的新情况、新问题修订的。2001年这部婚姻法再次得到修正。可以说,改革开放以来我国的婚姻家庭立法工作取得了长足进步。对此立法进程进行研究有助于我们更加审慎而理性地把握未来。

Legislations of Marriage and Family Law and the Safeguarding of Women's Rights and Interests since the Reform and Opening Policy

At the beginning of the Reform and Opening,the marriage law was formally issued and executed in 1980.This marriage law was established on the foundation of marriage law in 1950,according to the experience and new problems which appeared in the family domain.In 2001,this marriage law was revised once more.It can be said that since the Reform and Opening Policy,our country's legislation in marriage law has made great progresses.Research on the legislation of this law is helpful for us to face the future carefully but rationally.
