能源价格、投入替代与行业增长

结合我国能源消费与行业发展的基本情况,运用可计算非线性投入产出方法,就能源价格对要素投入替代的影响进行定性及定量分析认为,能源价格的提高引起大部分行业要素投入替代,高耗能行业的替代弹性大于其他行业;能源价格的提高对我国大部分行业的技术升级有促进作用;能源价格提高引起行业产出价格上升,但半数行业的产出量并不会下降。本文对利用能源价格调整促进行业发展提出了相关措施及建议。

Energy Prices, Input Substitution and Industrial Growth

With the combination of the energy consumption and the industrial development and by using calculatable non-linear investment output method,the paper maks the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effect of the energy price on the essential factor＇s input substitution.The paper holds that the raise of the energy price has caused the input substitution of the essential factors in most industries.The substitution in the industries with the high consumption of energy is greater than that in other industries.The raise of enery price can stimulate most industries in China to upgrade their technology.The price raise will increase the cost of production,but for half of the industries,the output will not decrease.The paper has put forward some suggestions and measures as to how to promote the industrial development by adjusting the energy price.
