| 摘 要： | 针对实施＂突破辽西北＂战略中不能忽视生态建设这一现实问题,采用理论分析与现实结合的方法,论述了＂突破辽西北＂生态建设的哲学依据和现实基础,表明生态建设要以生态伦理学为哲学依托对辽西北生态建设和保护有现实意义,而且对人们认识和理解生态、环境与经济发展相互依存方面有着更为深远的实际意义和理论意义。

| Abstract: | This paper centers on the fact that ecosystem construction cannot be ignored in carrying out The Breakthrough of Liaoning Provincial Northwest strategy.Combining the analysis of the theory with the reality,this paper discusses the reference of philosophy and the basis of reality on ecological construction in The Breakthrough of Liaoning Provincial Northwest strategy.And this paper indicates an idea that depending on the ecological ethics is realistically meaningful for ecological construction and protection.It will bring more far-reaching significance in both reality and theory to people in realizing and understanding the mutual dependence between the eco-environment and economic development. |
