| 摘 要： | 党内监督是加强党风廉政建设的重要环节,其实质是党从人民利益出发,按照从严治党的要求,进行自我约束和自我完善。邓小平同志深刻阐述了加强党内监督的必要性与紧迫性、基本方法与实现途径等问题,对于加强和改进党的建设,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有重大的现实意义。
