高校师资队伍建设的现状分析及对策研究

随着我国高等教育的发展,高校师资队伍不断壮大,结构不断优化,整体素质不断提高,但与建设高等教育强国的要求相比,还存在较大差距。当前我国高校师资队伍建设中普遍存在顶尖人才匮乏,中青年学科带头人数量不足,国际化水平不高,人才成长的软环境有待改善等问题。因此,今后应进一步增加资金投入,加大人才引进力度,构建人才培养体系,营造有利于优秀人才成长的环境。

An Analysis on and Countermeasures for the Construction of Teaching Staff in Colleges and Universities

With the development of higher education in China,the teaching staff in colleges and universities keeps growing,and its structure is constantly optimized,and its overall quality has been continually improved.However,compared to requirements of constructing a power in higher education,there is a wide gap.For instance,there is a prevalent shortage of top talent in the teaching staff of China,an insufficiency of middle-aged academic leaders with high international acclaims,the under improved soft environment for the growth of talents and so on.Therefore,we should investigate ways to further increase the capital investment,to intensify efforts of introducing talents,to build the cultivation system of talents,and create a favorable environment for the growth of outstanding talents for the future.
