试论禅谈中的昆仑奴形象

唐宋到明清的禅谈中的昆仑奴形象极为丰富,与唐宋佛书中的行记、音义书,以及正史、笔记中的纪实性记载有合符契之处。这些禅谈让我们从另外一个角度了解古人对昆仑奴的看法,更明确了"拳发黑身"、"善水"和"善驯兽"仍然是昆仑奴给古人留下的最深刻印象,并给予我们了解昆仑奴的生活处境和情感表现的空间。其中关于"昆仑与波斯"的禅谈同样也反映了两个波斯的存在,进一步证实了劳费尔在二十世纪初提出的观点。

Introduction to the Image of "Kun lun nu" in Dialogues of Buddhists of Zen

There are various images of a certain kind of black people,"Kun lun nu",existed in the dialogues of buddhists of Zen lasted from Tang to Qing Dynasties,which were coincident with the factual accounts that recorded in a variety of Chinese documents,such as the travels of monks,sutra glossaries,the official histories and the notes of the literators.These images offer us a perspective to understand the viewpoint of the ancients to "Kun lun nu",and make it much clear that such features as "curl hair and dark skin","good at swimming" and "good at training animals" are still the most impressing in the hearts of the ancients.It also gives us chances to understand the living conditions and emotions of "Kun lun nu".Furthermore,the dialogues about "Kun lun and Persia" reflect the existence of two "Persia" in Chinese literature,which approved Berthold Laufer's viewpoint that advanced in the beginning of 20th century.
