| 摘 要： | 对于拔尖创新人才思想政治素质养成的概念、特征和规律的把握是加强对拔尖创新人才思想政治教育的一个重要内容,是培养和造就创新型人才的关键。拔尖创新人才思想政治素质养成主要是指其思想道德和行为习惯的形成及其教育的过程。养成的特征主要是社会教育为辅,自我教育为主;教育引导为主,避免政治说教;强调政治性与全面性,突出思想性与知识性。养成的规律则是外化与内化的统一,普遍性与特殊性的统一,长期性与反复性的统一。

| Abstract: | the grasp of the concept,characteristics and laws of developing the top-notch creative talents’ ideological and political quality is an important content of strengthening the top-notch creative talents’ ideological and political education.It is also the key of cultivating and fostering creative talents.To develop the top-notch creative talents’ideological and political quality mainly refers to the formation of its behavior habits and the ideological and moral,and the process of education.The characteristics of formation is mainly self-education with communitylents;Ideological and education supplemented,mainly education and guidance with political indoctrination avoided,stressing the political and comprehensiveness,and highlighting the ideological and intellectual.Formation is the unity of externalization and Internalization,the unity of universality and particularity;and the unity of repeatability and protractedness. |
