| Abstract: | Bad loan in China's commercial banks, the four great state own banks in particular, is a critical issue which has been troubling Chinese government and financial circle. The practice of asset securitization provides a feasible way for setting the bad loan in China's commercial banks, avoiding financial risks and furthering the reform of state own enterprises. |
