| 摘 要： | 讨论了创新生态系统的本质内涵，即从“知识发酵”模型的角度看，创新生态系统实际上是要求创新知识母体的知识“完备性”。创新生态系统不仅包括企业间的知识互补，而且也包括企业内部各部分知识的协调。本文从知识的获取渠道和创新所需知识的性质出发，构建了创新生态系统管理的4种模式，对企业建立创新生态系统提出了渐进式的推进策略。

| Abstract: | The concept of innovation ecosystem is discussed.With the model of Knowledge Fermantation,the absence of Innovation Ecosystem is connected with adequate knowledge owned by relative innovators.The Innovation Ecosystem not only refers to the knowledge combination among enterprises,but also refers to the knowledge coordination within the enterprise.We establish four models to manage Innovation Ecosystem,and also,we offer advice to establish Innovation Ecosystem in the way of furthering four models step by step . |
