| 摘 要： | 本文主要对中东欧和独联体国家经济转型和金融开放过程中银行部门外资进入水平及其宏观决定因素进行理论和实证研究.首先从数量和规模角度分析了外资在转型国家银行部门不同进入水平的决定因素,然后对外资银行进入问题进行了理论和文献研究,包括一般意义上外资银行进入的动机理论和进入模式以及针对转型国家的专门研究.通过构建相应的排序选择模型(OCM)对转型国家外资银行进入水平及宏观经济变量的作用关系展开实证分析后,本文指出:开放、自由的经济政策能够显著促进外资流入银行部门,而GDP增长率、收入水平、对外资开放度等因素对外资银行进入水平的影响在中东欧和独联体国家显示出不同的效应.
