| 摘 要： | 加强政府诚信建设，提高政府公信力，不仅是提高政府行政能力的重要内容，也是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。政府失信，是社会不和谐的根源之一，必然会危害构建和谐社会。在政府诚信建设中，要从诚信理念、诚信制度和诚信行为和诚信监督四个方面多管齐下。

| Abstract: | Further construction government credit and improving government faithfulness are not only the important content of improving government's authority but also the basis for constructing socialism harmonious society.Government's loss of credit is one of the origins of unharmonious society and will inevitably endanger the construction of a harmonious society.The construction of government credit should be taken in terms of credit concept,credit institution,credit behavior,credit supervision. |
