Prevention of being killed and injured is a theory with angle of view from victims or potential victims. It is the organic composition of the crime prevention theory, and also an effective means of crime prevention. The theory realizes the aim of crime prevention on the basis of analyzing crime victim factors and summarizing the rules of being injured. The factors which make one to be crime victim involve three aspects: social factors, space and time factors, the victim body factors of which victim body factors play more important role in crime. The measures of prevention of being killed and injured are: cultivating victim precaution consciousness; establishing the victim fault responsibility mechanism and the victim compensation system; setting up specialized agencies responsible for prevention of being killed and injured.
