| 摘 要： | 从党中央领导集体最早的发展思想到新一代领导集体科学发展观的形成,都能看出发展观与时俱进的过程。本文从发展目的、发展目标、发展什么等方面概述中央领导集体发展观的与时俱进,认为没有几代领导集体发展观的与时俱进,就没有中国的发展。
