教育场景中尊重意涵的审思

摘    要:尊重是一种具有强烈实践意义的价值,对教育场景中的人的生活质量具有重大影响.当前教育场景中尊重缺失与偏误的现状非常严峻,可概括为评价性尊重标准偏差,评价性尊重遮蔽承认性尊重;承认性尊重虚化、误读、浅表化等,这带来恶劣的后果.要让尊重之树在实践中开花结果需要我们:加固制度之根,强壮交往之茎,而所结出的“尊重之果”将是权责平衡之人.

Abstract:Respect is a value which has strong practical implication,influencing the life quality of those who live in education landscape.There is respect deficiency and misunderstanding in education,which cause huge harm and can be Abstracted as: the criterions of appraisal respect deviate,appraisal respect shrouds recognition respect;recognition respect is supplanted,misconceived,and simplified.If we want the fruit from the tree of respect,we must strengthen the institution root,reinforce the stem of interaction,and the fruit will be human which can balance right and responsibility.
