Abstract:Teacher's professional development has become people's focus of attention, teaching reflection is considered to be an important way to improve the quality of teachers, to promote the professional development of teachers. To enable teachers to reflect smoothly, efficiently, needs to have the ideological basis, a knowledge basis, psychological basis and method basis.
