论公共组织变革与组织传统文化的兼容

摘    要:面对全球化的挑战和中国社会的转型,庞杂的公共组织群体要想适应环境变化和时代要求,就必须选择变革的路线以谋求组织的生存与发展。而在组织变革的过程中,公共组织中的传统文化对于组织的变革与发展起根本性决定作用。因此,为适应变化,对传统文化的扬弃是公共组织变革的应有之举。这就需要将组织的传统文化与公共组织的变革融合在一起,以实现公共组织的既定目标。

Abstract:facing the challenge of globalization and Chinese social transformation,numerous public organizations must choose the route of reform in order to seek survival and development of organizations if they want to adapt to environmental change and demands of the time. In the process of organizational change,traditional culture in public organizations plays a fundamental and decisive role in the organizational change and development. Therefore,in order to adapt to the change,sublation toward the traditional culture is the necessary measure of reform of public organizations. This requires the combination of traditional culture of organizations and the reform of public organizations to realize the stated objective of public organizations.
