大学英语课堂教学的实证探讨

摘    要:元认知是指认知主体对其行为的认知,不仅包括认知主体对其能力、状态、认知策略、任务目标等的认知,还包括认知主体对其行为计划、评价、监控及调节等的认知。本文以相关元认知理论为基础,对大学英语学生元认知意识进行调查分析,并提出相应对策。

Abstract:Meta-cognition refers to the cognition the cognitive subject toward his behaviors,including not only the cognition of cognitive subject for his ability,the state,cognitive strategies,tasks and goals,but also the cognition of cognitive subject for the action plan,evaluation,control and regulation. This paper,on the basis of meta-cognition theory,makes investigation and analysis toward meta-cognitive awareness of college students,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
