| 摘 要： | 物业管理作为一个新兴的服务行业,对加快城市化进程、全面提升居住环境和城市管理水平都将产生积极而深远的影响。本文针对城市住宅小区物业管理现状,重点分析了城市化进程中物业管理活动存在问题的主要原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策,同时就物业管理如何促进城市的和谐发展提出了合理化建议。
