| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业专利的开发是增强我国国际竞争力和国家综合实力的重要内容。专利权的价值评估在专利权证券化、专利权转让、抵押等行为中都起着关键作用。高新技术企业在全球市场上的高风险和高收益,使高新技术企业专利权价值评估比较困难,世界各国都没统一的方法和标准。

| Abstract: | The development of high-tech enterprise patent is the important content to enhance China＇s international competitiveness and comprehensive national power. Assessing the value of patent plays a key role in patent securitization,assignment of the patent right,mortgages. The higher risk and high profit of high-tech enterprises in the global market makes it to evaluate the patent value of high-tech enterprises,and countries around the world have no unified method and standard. |
