| Abstract: | College Counselors shoulder the heavy responsibility of college students＇ occupation planning and employment education. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of counselors in employment guidance and summarizes the reasons,proposes the suggestion to complete the university students＇ occupation career planning from the perspective of instructors. |
