摘    要:本文从教师自身出发,通过主动调节来缓解和抵制职业倦怠的不利影响,从四个方面来提高高校体育教学效果:明确学校人才培养目标,树立体育信心;坚定教育信念;进一步挖掘学校体育的价值内涵,提高师生对体育的价值认同;通过体育这一载体开展感恩教育。

Abstract:This paper,starting from the teachers themselves,eases and resists the adverse effects of occupational burnout through active adjustment,improves the effect of college physical education teaching from four aspects: making clear the objective of school talents training and setting up confidence in PE,being firm in education and further digging up the value connotation of school physical education and improving the value identification of teachers and students,and carrying out thanksgiving education through this carrier of PE.
