| 摘 要： | 编辑工作可以用"为他人作嫁衣裳"为其精神指导,但这不应该被视为编辑工作的性质,也不能涵盖编辑工作的全部内涵。学术期刊编辑要积极提高工作的自主性,开发自身的创造力,更好地实现自身独特的价值,为推进并提高学术期刊的质量尽一己之力。

| Abstract: | Editing can use＂making bridal clothes for others＂as spiritual guide,but this should not be regarded as the nature of editorial work,also can not cover all the connotation of editing. Academic journal editors should actively enhance the work autonomy,develop their creativity,and better realize their own unique values,so as to contribute to promote and improve the quality of academic journals. |
