On the Restrictions of China Agricultural Development and Its Countermeasures

Nowadays there is a serious lack of agricultural economic institutions which involves microcosmic basis, production system and correlative systems of agricultural development and macroscopical mechanism of national economy which acts as the exterior environment. All these have held back the economic development and institutional innovation. The new round of agricultural reform must enhance the supply of compulsive institutions, carry on the institutional innovation of property right, structure and market fostering, and execute the institutional construction and institutional environment reform.
