| 摘 要： | 分析了我国科技期刊编辑审稿质量的现状,提出了科技期刊编辑审稿的重点内容包括学术规范和出版规范.根据编辑部的实际情况,提出了在实践中提高科技期刊编辑审稿质量的方法,包括实行编辑分工责任制和强化编辑的学术自主性两个方面.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status of reviewing quality of scientific editors.It illustrates that the tasks of scientific editors include academic rules and publishing standard.Furthermore,according to the condition of specific scientific journals,it puts forward ways to improve the quality of reviewing papers in publishing journals,including managing the responsibility system and strengthening the academic independence. |
