| 摘 要： | 古希腊的正义观念已经涉及了正义理论中的主要问题。文章从正义领域上的宇宙正义与属人正义、正义重点上的个人正义与城邦正义、正义性质上的自然正义与约定正义、正义境界上的理想正义与现实正义四个方面 ,概要地论述了古希腊正义观念所讨论的主要问题和所取得的主要成就。
