摘    要:虽然文化帝国主义论者大多认为全球化是一种神话,但是,全球化也是一个发展过程。全球化要求人们自觉地树立全球意识。在我国新闻教育领域,重点要解决好媒体的全球化与民族化之间的关系问题。我国广电管理体制的改革既是国家主管部门应对全球化及中国加入WTO以后的环境,做强、做大广电媒体的重要举措,也因为我国广电媒体的任务发生了相应的改变。为应对全球化背景下的媒体变革,中国的新闻教育必须树立全球意识,走向国际化。新闻教育较先进的高等院校,应争取使新闻教育具有对外平等交流的地位和实力,逐渐争取中国新闻教育在全球新闻教育领域的话语权;一些广电教育刚刚起步的高等院校则可以在短期内实施"技术模仿"战略,坚持开放性、国际化、全球化,高起点、高标准地探索与发展具有自己特色的广电教育模式。在广播电视新闻高等教育中,应该加强这种观念:新闻不能变成媒体。

Abstract:The paper presents reviews on globalization theories and argues that globalization is a developmental process in fact, though cultural imperialists try to defy it. Like it or not, everyone has to be aware of globalization and be ready to adapt to it. As to the education of journalism in China, the key lies in balancing the globalization and nationalization highlighting Chinese culture. The investigation into the national reform on the management of radio and television broadcasting shows that the function of Chinese media of radio and TV has already changed in response to the economic globalization, which is also an important measure to strengthen and expand the media. The paper points out the education of journalism in China should be internationalized to meet the needs of the changed function of the media in the climate of globalization. Institutions of higher education whose journalism departments are more advanced should try to improve so as to be able to communicate with their foreign counterparts on an equal footing so that they can have a voice in the domain in the world, while institutions of higher education whose journalism departments are just on the threshold should follow a strategy of "technical imitation", gearing to globalization, exploring and developing their own unique educational high-standard models.
