普通高校毕业生就业情况调查及应对

随着近几年我国高等教育事业的跨越式发展,高等教育正由原来的“精英式教育”转向“大众化教育”的新阶段,由于在“大众化教育”下毕业生数量的增加,使得毕业生就业市场的竞争越来越激烈,大学生面临的就业压力也越来越大,在这严峻的就业形势下,为进一步做好毕业生的就业工作,全面了解毕业生在求职择业中的意向和心态,使我们有的放矢的进行毕业生就业指导工作,特组织此次问卷调查,为高校正确开展毕业生就业指导和服务工作提供科学的依据。

With the rapid development of higher education in China in recent years,it has changed its direction to a new stage,from"the elite education"to"the masses education".In this case,the number of graduates increased greatly.The more the number of graduates increased,the keener they competed with each other when seeking jobs,and as a result,they faced the great job-hunting pressure.In the grim situation,we devised a questionnaire,provided scientific basis for the correct guidance and service of graduates employment,so as to further well-arrange the employment,understand the graduates' purpose and attitude completely and have a definite object when carrying out the guidance.
