基础教育均等化中的政府责任机制

摘    要:基础教育均等化对推动教育公平化发展与社会资源合理配置具有重要意义。政府作为公共服务供给的主体,应在基础教育均等化中发挥主导作用,构建完善的责任机制,如加大基础教育投入、优化教育资源配置、改革教育政策等,积极推进基础教育实现均等化。

Abstract:The equalization of basic education is of great importance to improve both educational development and reliable distribution of social resources.Governments,as the subject of public service provision,should play an important role in the process of equalization of basic education,such as constructing complete responsibility mechanism,optimizing the distribution of educational resources,reforming educational policies etc.in order to improve the equalization of basic education.
