| 摘 要： | 任何政治系统要维持、发展或有序化 ,都必须有一定的政治资源供给。政治资源的流失或不正当移动会造成系统政治资源短缺 ,轻者影响系统功能的发挥 ,重者导致政治系统瘫痪。本文从资源流动的角度出发 ,分析我党政治资源移动的方向、过程和后果 ,有的放矢地加强党的建设 ,减少政治资源流失 ,保持党和国家的政治稳定

| Abstract: | Any political system requiring maintenance, development and systematization should have a certain supply of political resource. The loss or political resource will lead to the shortage of system political resource, influencing the system running, more seriously, causing a breakdown of political system. From the angle of resource flow, the author analyses the direction, process and result of the Party's political resource movement, strengthening the Party's construction deliberately, reducing the political resource loss and maintaining the stable status of the Party and our country. |
