河南省粮食核心区建设与农业产业化发展

粮食核心区建设是国家针对全球粮食市场不确定因素增加和国家粮食安全问题作出的重大战略选择,这为河南省推进农业产业化进程提供了机遇。《国家粮食核心区建设河南省规划纲要》对河南如何实施粮食核心区建设提出了基本思路、目标和措施。探讨河南省农业产业化的现状,分析实现粮食核心区建设与农业产业化双向优化的内在机制,具体研究两个农业产业化的企业案例,并根据事实提出通过粮食核心区建设推进农业产业化进程的决策建议。

Building Core Food Area and Developing Agricultural Industrialization in Henan Province

The building of national core food area is one major strategic choice made by our government to cope with the increasing uncertainty in the global food market and national food security issues,which provides opportunities for promoting the industrialization process of agriculture in Henan Province.＂National Food Program for building the core area of Henan Province＂ puts forward the basic ideas,goals and measures concerning how to implement the building of the core food area for Henan province.This paper discusses the status of the agricultural industrialization in Henan Province and analyzes the internal mechanism of bidirectional optimization between the building of core food area and agricultural industrialization.Then,based on two specific case studies on agricultural industrialization and the corresponding facts,it puts forward some policy recommendations about building the core food area to promote the process of agricultural industrialization.
