| 摘 要： | 以Jeffrey Wurgler（2000）的＂资本配置效率＂模型为参考,结合福建省两个区域（9个地级市）1997—2009年的经济数据,通过构建模板数据集,对福建省区域资本配置效率进行了实证分析。首先分析福建省区域资本各年度的资本配置效率及波动的原因,然后分析各区域的资本配置效率,并从投资环境、产业结构、非国有化、人力资源等方面对区域资本配置效率的差异进行分析,最后就如何提高区域资本配置效率提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper builds a panel data with the economic data（1997—2000） of two regions（nine prefecture-level cities） in Fujian Province by adopting Jeffrey Wurgler＇s（2000） capital allocation efficiency mode and makes an empirical analysis of the efficiency of regional capital allocation in the Fujian.Firstly this paper analyzed the efficiency and the causes of the fluctuations of annual regional capital allocation in Fujian.Then it studied the efficiency differences and the causes of the regional capital allocation from the perspective of the GDP contribution and investment rate,industrial structure,investment environment,non-nationalization,human resources,etc.Finally it put forward suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the regional capital allocation. |
