| 摘 要： | 塔吉克阿巴提镇作为新疆塔吉克族开发性生态移民的一个区镇，在经过了2000年至2009年的建设各项工作都取得了较为稳定的成效，但开发建设中的移民心理危机明显，文化适应慢；移民搬迁资金不足，影响搬迁效益；生产方式转变后的适应性学习培训滞后；移民政策不很完善等问题也一直存在并影响着生态移民的效益。

| Abstract: | As a town of ecological immigration of the Tajiks in Xinjiang, all spheres of work in Tajik Abaft town has obtained relatively stable effects from 2000 to 2009. But in the process of the development and construction, there had been a series of problems which influenced the benefits of the ecological immigration： the immigrants had obvious psychological crises and low cultural adaptability, the relocation funds of the immigrants were insufficient which influenced the benefits of the relocation, the adaptability training lacked behind after the mode of production had been changed, and the immigration policies were imperfect. |
