| 摘 要： | 小康社会的本质特征在于社会主义物质文明、精神文明和政治文明的协调发展,在于社会的可持续发展,因而小康社会的构建需要一种特殊的理念来指导;具有既和谐又竞争的调节功能的契约理念,恰好可以承载这一重任.培育人们的契约理念,充分发挥契约的调节功能,无疑成为我国构建小康社会的当务之急.

| Abstract: | The characteristic trait of a well-off society is the harmonious development of socialist material,spiritual and political civilization. It is also characterized by the durative development of the society. Therefore, we need a special concept to direct the building of a well-off society. The concept of contract ,which possesses harmonious and competitive adjustive function, bears the important task nicely. Fostering the concept of contract and exerting the adjustive function of contract are the most important questions in the process of building a well-off society. |
