如果我们承认理论世界根源于实践世界而又与之有根本的区别,那么在理论世界中,我们便只能合理地谈论历史规律问题,而不能合理地谈论人的能动作用问题;在实践世界中,我们可以合理地谈论人的能动作用问题,只能合理地谈论历史趋势以及历史趋势与人的能动作用的关系问题,但不能合理地谈论历史规律问题;而无论在何种意义上,我们都不能合理地谈论历史规律与人的能动作用的关系问题。

In any sense we can't talk about the relation between the law of history and the active role of man rationally.
