农民工城市融合的结构和状况的实证研究

农民工城市融合问题广受关注,但是作为研究这类问题的一个重要基础,即如何测量农民工城市融合则少有学者研究.本文在回顾农民工城市融合测量方法的基础上,设计了农民工城市融合问卷,并以在南京务工的农民工为样本,就其城市融合的结构和状况进行了研究.统计分析表明,农民工城市融合包含四个维度,本文将其分别命名为经济融合、心理融合、文化融合和身份融合；农民工城市融合程度总体较低,其中,经济融合和文化融合程度很低,而心理融合和身份融合程度相对较高.

An Empirical Analysis on the Structure and Status Quo of the Social Inclusion of Chinese Migrant Peasants

Social inclusion of Chinese migrant peasants in cities has attracted great interest.However,how to measure this construct has rarely been empirically examined.Building on past research on social inclusion of international migrants and white collar migrants,we developed a new scale to measure social inclusion of Chinese migrant peasants.Data from migrant peasants working in Nanjing clearly supported our theoretical classification that social inclusion of migrant peasants is a multidimensional construct.We named the four dimensions as social inclusion on economy,psychology,culture,and identity,respectively.The results showed that the social inclusion on economy and culture of migrant peasants is very low,while that on psychology and identity is relatively high.
