陕西省农村老年人养老保障现状与需求分析

伴随着人口老龄化程度的提高和老年抚养比的增加,社会对养老保障的需求越来越高,农村地区表现得尤为突出.文章以陕西省为例,选择陕北、陕南及关中三大区域18个自然村65岁以上老年人开展实地调查,运用调研数据和相关官方统计数据,对陕西省养老保障现状进行评估.结果显示:目前阶段,居家养老仍是老年人最主要的养老方式,但是这种养老方式受到家庭经济供养能力和子女供养意愿的影响,面临巨大的需求缺失.文章在对缺失问题分析的基础上,进一步探讨了政府合理配置农村养老资源的重要作用.

The Status Evaluation and Demand Analysis About Old age Security for Rural Old People in Shaanxi Province

With the growth of population aging and the increase of the aged dependency ratio, we are facing a very practical problem that the demand of old age security is increasing. In this paper, the author chose 18 villages of three regions in Shaanxi Province to take a survey for 65 years or older people, meanwhile, using these data and the official research data, assessed the status of old age security. The results are as following: at present stage, home care is still the favorite choice of the old people, but it is affected by the financial ability and support willing of their offsprings, so the demand is facing serious shortage. Based on the analysis, we think that the government should make some actions in allocating aged supporting resources of the rural areas.
